Welcome to Alaya Stays Nathaniel. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and all bookings, stays, and services offered at our farmhouse.

By accessing our website or booking a stay with us, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. General Information

The property Alaya Stays Nathaniel is operated and managed by our hospitality team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
The term “guest,” “you,” or “your” refers to the person(s) booking or staying at the property.
The term “we,” “us,” or “our” refers to Alaya Stays Nathaniel.

2. Booking Policy

Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or verified booking partners.
To confirm your booking, an advance payment or full payment may be required.
Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment and issuance of a confirmation message or email.
Guests must provide accurate details at the time of booking. Incorrect information may lead to cancellation without refund.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

Check-in time: 1:00 PM (IST)
Check-out time: 11:00 AM (IST)
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guests must present a valid government-issued ID proof (Aadhaar card, Passport, or Driving License) upon arrival.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date may incur partial or full charges.
No-shows (failure to arrive without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to:

Maintain cleanliness and respect the property, furniture, and surroundings.
Follow all safety rules and avoid causing disturbance to nearby residents or other guests.
Refrain from illegal activities, loud music after permissible hours, or any act that violates local laws.
Take care of their personal belongings — Alaya Stays Nathaniel is not responsible for loss or theft of valuables.

Any property damage or misconduct may result in additional charges or termination of stay without refund.

6. Alcohol, Smoking & Conduct

Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and in compliance with local laws.
Smoking is allowed only in open outdoor areas, not inside rooms or indoor common spaces.
Any disorderly conduct or illegal behavior will result in immediate removal from the premises without refund.

7. Use of Property for Events

Hosting parties, gatherings, or events is allowed only with prior written approval from management.
Event bookings may require a separate deposit and adherence to noise and safety regulations.

8. Liability Disclaimer

While we take all reasonable steps to ensure a safe and pleasant experience, Alaya Stays Nathaniel shall not be liable for:

Any injury, loss, accident, or damage suffered by guests during their stay
Delays, cancellations, or events beyond our control (e.g., weather, power outages, government restrictions)

Guests agree to use the property and amenities at their own risk.

9. Website Use

The content on our website (text, images, and design) is the property of Alaya Stays Nathaniel and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
We strive to keep all information accurate and up-to-date but are not liable for typographical errors or omissions.

10. Privacy

Your personal information shared with us is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
